Oh, sweet baby Jesus, where to start here?
Stylo Fantome is one of my favorite authors and she did not disappoint me with this book.
I fucking loved this book!
It was so different from any other book I've read. And I always love innovation. From the story to the male POV.
You guys, it's not so common a complete male POV in a book. *claps*
The first part of the book touched my very soul so damn much. Delaney and Jay's past. Those chapters were everything!! Personally, I felt their love so raw and pure. My heart was aching.
On the other hand, Jon's present got me biting my nails. I had so many questions. When? Why? Where?
I absolutely loved Delaney. She was a free soul. I felt so sorry for her because she was going through an EXTREMELY difficult situation and she dealt with it like a goddess. I admire her strength and love.
I completely LOVED Jay. I mean, Jay from the past. I felt how hard he loved and even when he didn't have anything, he felt like he had everything he may need. Agh. *wipes a tear*
I felt annoyed and amazed by Jon. I wanted to get in the book and kill him. Well, shake him a bit. He was indecisive and yeah, I get it. ButGOSH, I was confused and pissed by some decisions he made. But still felt sorry for him.
I fucking hated Kitty. But surprisingly, I liked the role she played at first. By the end, I thought she was a complete crazy bitch.
And oh, Sloany. I LOVED HER!!! She was the coherent and rational one here. Thank God.
I won't lie. THIS BOOK MADE ME CRY. And If you want a good and different book, you should totally read this and tell us what you think!
